  1. Reading: In the Ulaby/Maharbiz text, please continue to study Chapter 5, sections 1 through 7. Please also read Chapter 6 and review your notes from MATH 212 on second-order, linear differential equations. We will not have time to study Chapter 6 in detail, but please browse the chapter for the main ideas.

  2. Lab: Help with your waveform generator project will be available in Dana 305 for the first 2 hours of each lab session on April 23 – 24 and April 30 – May 1. Your project is completed when you demonstrate the working PSpice simulation and the circuit on your breadboard. Lab reports (one per group) are due at the final exam on Friday, May 4 at 8:00 AM.

  3. Please solve the following problems in Chapter 5 and submit solutions in class on Thursday, April 26:

Problems 34, 33, 46, 45 (these problems are ordered to match our discussion of the material in class.),  35, 38, 41, 56, and 57.

You should solve the first four problems in this list before class on Tuesday, April 24, but they are due on April 26.
In part (b) of these problems, time 0 refers to 0+, the instant after the switch changes.
