1. Reading: In the Nilsson/Riedel text, please study Chapter 6 on capacitors and inductors.

2. Please solve the following problems in Chapters 5 and 6 and submit solutions on November 5:

   Chapter 5: 43 and 46.
   Chapter 6: 1, 3, 14, 17.

   Homework 9 will include problems 6.20 and 6.39, in case you would like to work on them as you are reading and studying Chapter 6.

3. We will have Exam 2 on Monday, Nov. 10. More information will be provided in class on Nov. 5.
